Today I decided to catch the usually badly modulated Radio Cairo. Surprisingly, the English transmission on 9900 had a really good signal and the voices and music were modulated enough to be comprehensible.
Then I decided to send a reception report to Radio Cairo. However, I don't know their email address. They mentioned a couple times englishoverseas@gmail.com, but I think this is the program email, rather than Radio Cairo email. I looked a bit around their webpage, which is http://www.egradio.eg , but I couldn't find anything either.
So, does anyone know the right email for this purpose?
Thanks, qsr711 :)

Did you ever get the QSL? I am listening to them now (2143z) on 9800, with horrible modulation. I might be able to pull out enough for a report.

I've heard them exactly once in the past two decades with good modulation. I was stunned. I checked the next day and it was back to the same old garbled audio.
I think Nassar blew the modulator with those hours long broadcasts in the 50's and 60's. ;)
