Fair reception, some noise and fading

1228z 2 OM's in serious skit dialog, musical interludes, audience laughter.

Been listening to this since 1520 UTC with deep fades and some nice S4 peaks amidst a relatively low noise floor this morning. There seems to be a fairly loud static noise that accompanies the signal.
