Along with LIXO on 6918.4 I am hearing another CW beacon. This one sends a longer message. It is weak, so I do not yet have a good copy of the text. Some possibilities along with the Google translations (assuming Portuguese, a good bet), maybe someone else has better copy? Unfortunately one letter changes the meaning quite a bit.
"esti fo eigot o" - it's fine
"esti fo esgot o" - sewage style
"esti fo esri o" - you’re serious

Checking the SDR recording, it looks like it went QRT around 0130z on 20 Nov 2016.

It is on 6916.8 CW this evening, heard at 2324z sending "esti fo esgot o" - which translates as "sewage style" from Portuguese.

Have CW on about 6919.3 cw. Clear signal but Fdigi has a hard time decoding any of it.
The last character out of 3 or 4 is O, but that's all I can pick out by ear.
I've been hearing CW right around these freqs. to.
