Poor reception

1212z Barely can hear YL over noise, then to music background, to YL/OM talking
1254z Still faint reception over noise

SIO 322 to 333 at 1511, they have been a rare catch here lately.

Had this just above the noise earlier.  Nothing here @ 1622
