Title: 6950 AM Radio Ronin Shortwave commencing before 0133z 8:31 PM CDT
Post by: SW-J on June 24, 2010, 0132 UTC
more to follow

I have a really ragged copy, although signal is peaking S6 -

- a lot of flutter on the station's signal
- a lot of lightning crashes exceed S6

Doh - signal is AM !

Carrier zero-beats at +590 Hz above 6950 kHz

Still going at 01:42z 8:42 PM CDT
Still going at 01:55z 8:55 PM CDT

Some organ music is coming through ... sounds like a horror show ...

Was still going at 02:01z 9:01 PM CDT

Off on/about 02:03z 9:03 PM

Update: Added Radio Ronin Shortwave per Seamus post.

I had Radio Ronin Shortwave, playing Inna Godda Da Vida, and wrapping up with a greeting to our men and women in uniform.  \

Unfortunately, I didn't get times or recording of it.

It's a shame I missed all of the important logging stuff; it was a great signal here - maybe S9 or so into upstate South Carolina.
