I don't have a carrier, I think it's in USB.  Tuned in at 1332 UTC, really hard to make out what this is.  It sounds like Christmas vocals at times ("Ave Maria"), but also a ute on top of it?

1330 weak music under noise.
1337 sig up a tiny bit, hearing YL vocals.
1339 ID  .....Radio?
1347 Hearing "Jingle Bells".
