S1 to S2 @ 1603 with ID by YL, then into song by Sammy Hagar.  Poor to fair copy.
Announcer was stronger than the music.
1611 - YL ID.  S2 to S3 and fair copy now.

Nice S-3 signal with low noise this morning. Station id at 1611z.
