Always neat to see the inner workings of stuff.  There are some guys on the internet that do just this, buy it, then take it apart and see how it works.

The mercury causes them to drop to 75/80 meters. It's a heavy metal.

Speaking of which I heard someone blasting Bon Jovi in the AM window on 75 a few nights back. Hair metal, proof that mercury and high levels of RF cause brain damage
