Nice broadcast and the music is seasonal, just above the noise here. But what the heck is that interference, someone should report that to the FCC.

s6-ish into dc, minor qrm here, moderate fading, slightly overdriven audio, but otherwise crisp at noise floor towards top of this hour.

Per Chris's post- OTHR, over the horizon radar; likely of foreign origin where the FCC has no jurisdiction. I can understand that a lot of pirates are using old ham equipment and so operate close to those bands, but seems to me rather counter productive to keep using frequencies that get jammed like that.
