Title: 6930.340 KHz
Post by: Teotwaki on December 18, 2016, 1726 UTC
I was tuning around for pirate broadcasts and ran across this oddity. Beeps are irregular. Unsure if it has a pattern that repeats. About 20 dB over the noise

Maybe this is all local RFI.

On 6917.760 there is a signal with an inverse pattern. With one radio on each frequency I can hear that one transmitter is on while the other is off.

You never know since it could be just weird enough to happen on the radio waves.  ;D

The Russians did this in the 40s (as I recall) from an embassy in dc and some other stateside location for sending surreptitious signals back to the motherland. The g men of the fcc rid busted them.
