I posted this stn back on 20 Dec and Rafman said it was Radio Verdad from Guatemala. Then my post got moved from the pirate page to the SW broadcast page.

They are a 1kW/omni operation, usually go off at 0600z however tonight being Christmas, they are still on at 0815z with an s7 signal into Southern Virginia
