Only two decodes from Spain, about 12 minutes apart. Could be real, could be mangled packets from Panama or Point Loma. 3 of the 5 decodes fro Richmond were within an 11 minute window, so another tough call.

Yeah... those separated by minutes are hard to decide. I've had some recently, especially very nice DX stations.
