1707- NOAA weather radio reports  S1
1717- signal up to S3-4 with weather report for Virginia
1724- signal faded below the noise level
1727- signal back up to S2-3 with a winter storm warning for Virginia
1730- off.

1714 UTC Hearing an OM fading in and out of the noise but unable to copy here
1717 UTC I can make out weather terminology but copy is close to nada...
