Signal is weak and fadey this morning at 1442 UTC tune in
1452 UTC Signal picked up nicely with UNID program
1456 UTC "Who?"-Gene Krupa
1500 UTC OFF

Wow, I am actually getting nice copy of OTR this morning, SIO 333, perhaps 433, at 1458z.  
QRT at 1500z. Too bad, it was really nice reception this morning.
