Miyako Shima is very curious. I don't get anything on 316, because there's a carrier there from a NDB. Also there are to my knowledge no domestic or Canadian DGPS stations on 316. But the pair of logs are very closely spaced, so I think it is something real:

Japan from US east coast... that's nothing but great. Seriously great. Did you happen to look at the solar stats over the past few days to see if something has helped or ???

I'm not sure this is Japan, it looks like sunrise was about an hour an a half earlier. I wonder if it could be a pair of corrupted decodes from Europe? But then, what's the chances of two of them getting mangled the same way, exactly right to change the ID and checksum? Although with an NDB on frequency, who knows? It's just very strange. One decode you can write off as a random fluke. But two, a minute apart, is more difficult to explain away.
