May have just signed on, strong signal, but a lot of selective fading already.

Yep, faded out (almost completely, still some weak audio), you can see the selective fading:

Tough copy in New Hampshire, QSB takes the signal way down into the noise - S2-S7

2250z Barenaked Ladies - Testing 1, 2, 3
2302z Now 6925 LSB... same station? Much better copy with "Fear the Reaper"
2307z 6925 LSB Off and no AM so it was probably the same guy.

I have it here in NY, at 2253 UTC, playing a song with a reggae beat and female vocals.  S7 in NY.  Some CW also on channel, or very close by.  2258 "The Hop" Radio Citizen featuring Bajka (as per Shazam).

2259: CW over the song
2302: Station switched to LSB ? Blue Oyster Cult "(Don't Fear) The Reaper"
2306: F'n Peskies are S7 and not hearing any more music
