One of the Russian cluster beacons, I believe.
And it faded out a minute later.

"D" is Sevastapol Russian Naval beacon, Black Sea coastal station, good catch Chris. 8)

Thanks for this update. I'll relay the info to the folks over at LWCA.org. There is a HiFER reporting message list on their site, and "D" had come to attention.

I've logged "D", but didn't know what it was. Is there a thread or list here which identifies these Russian "Cluster Beacons". ???
