0147: Someone definitely playing music. OTHR is making it difficult

Liquid Radio very strong at 03:00z on 6925 AM. The strongest I've ever heard liquid radio out here in the middle of nowhere.

Initially what sounded like a skit or radio play, then music fading in and out of the static floor.  Not much to work from until now (0350.)

Signal came up just after 0350 with ID at 0354.

Heard here from 0210z on the SDR recording. Wildly varying strength, but some peaks to SIO 444 around 0301z right at ID time. How often does that happen?
