Here also at 0018 UTC with unid instrumental music just above the noise
0029 UTC OM talking now...can't copy amidst the noise

0029- two OMs talking but hard to understand

 I am hearing bits and pieces of music but not able to discern the artist or group doing the music. Just too weak plus noise also on the frequency at 00:33UTC.
