Just signed on, I assume this is a relay of the old classic pirate WSKY. SIO 433.

WSKY 6925 USB Nil in NY but S5 on VA remote

Bits and pieces of audio on 6925 kHz USB.  Extremely strong carrier signal on 6927.6 kHz causing destructive heterodyne QRM until you drop the bandwidth down.

Seems to have signed off at 2138 or so.
