I did not expect to hear a Europirate this early, but Radyo Oleg is coming in SIO 111.
Getting a bit stronger now at 2104z, maybe SIO 222 at times.
Now S5 at 2130z.

1946- very faint signal but can hear bits of audio, can't ID anything yet
1955- nothing else detected, maybe off?
2007- hearing some music faintly
2010- sounds like a rock song with OM vocals
2014- getting some S1-2 peaks now with some electronic music
2028- rock song OM vocals
2039- music OM vocals

2120- Radyo Oleg ID jingle and mention of "on your radio receiver...."
