Had been listening for a while & peaked at s8-9+ at 2230z

***Thinking this might have been Borderhunter... The strength & language would indicate it to me... I was watching this signal against Laser & the fades/peaks tracked toether. I don't think this was domestic, JMHO  ;)

No audio here only a fading signal, S6 - S9 with stronger static crashes
