(Pretty sure this is Laser Hot Hits, as there is a real annoying ute on 6220!)

2310- OM talking over music  S2-3 and very noisy here
2312- British OM talking but hard to copy with the noise
2313- music with a dance beat
2316- British OM talking over the end of the song, thought I heard a definite Laser Hot Hits ID in there
2318- dance tune YL vocals
2321- music in the noise and static crashes
2329- OM DJ talking over music
2331- dance music with OM singing, short peaks above the noise at times
