0042- OM with ID as "This is a test from Orbital Mind Control Satellite"  S3
0047- OM with ID again then beeps

 Seems to be a recording of this pirate from the 1990s.

SDR recording catch. Generally an SIO 322, with quite a bit of static from t-storms.

0040 Various tones/beeps
0041 More tones, electronic music?
0042 "This is a test from Orbital Mind Control Satellite" repeated
0047 Short sweep sound, then beeping and an ID again by an OM "This is a test from Orbital Mind Control Satellite, don't be alarmed, this is only a test"
0049 Off? Seems so.

Great to hear the OMCS again!

I had some weak audio under the noise here last night but nada on the copy. Hey OMCS! It's been a long time and I'd love to hear you again!  8)
