English speaking religious broadcast UNID at 7615 kHz, signal is S3-S5 in WNY. I have not heard any station I.D.
Broadcast is right at my noise level so its difficult to hear. Actually I hear him better in USB then AM.

Most likely this was YHWH, based on the frequency. Or perhaps more officially the Pirate Formerly Known As YHWH :)
-
Yes that was YHWH - monitored 0430z but gone when rechecked at 0515z on 4/27
FPE

I hear him in that range from time to time. Since his return, I can't figure out if he's courting another bust or simply back to broadcasting?
-
I believe that I'm copying him now, 4/28/17 starting at 0430 (but he's already been on for a while) at 7615 AM. It's a very faint, weak copy, but there's definitely an AM broadcast with OM voice there. If I hear that weird song he's known for, or if it increases enough to make out what he's saying, I guess I'll know then.
0445 Signal's faded away to nothing but the tracest of trace carriers, but before it did I was able to get everything tuned just well enough to make out some religious talk.
-
Either I missed him (4:45 UTC) or his signal isn't making it out here to the Pacific Northwest.

April 28, first tuned in to YHWH, on 7615-AM, at 0257 UTC,
to find "Joshua" (AKA: Martin Elliot) to be semi-readable; by
0315 was up to fairly readable. 0323-0329, the often heard
"ten commandments of Yahweh." My local sunset at 0252
UTC.
Thanks to Rick Barton in DXLDyg for his April 26 log, reporting
on hearing music. Yes indeed, at 0344 heard brief "Days of Hard
Life" musical selection. By 0354 was unusable, but still on the air
at 0447.

Ron-Calif. thanks for the update, based on Pigmeat's comment YHWH was busted before...http://www.arrl.org/news/unlicensed-religious-broadcaster-who-used-amateur-frequencies-ordered-off-the-air

Believe he is no longer in California. So maybe he felt safe to try broadcasting again. He is not
changing frequencies as quickly as he did in the past and is staying clear of the ham bands, which
did not work well for him in the past :)
