Fair reception - much noise

I heard WRMI might have started relaying (with RAE beginning next week), just found it.  Not listed in their online program schedule yet.

2300z  YL with station ID into news.

I found it listed on their programming grid earlier today. For what it's worth.

Very noisy copy out this way. I have a feeling that this will be normal so long as 2300 is more than 2 1/2 hours before sunset here. Too bad, because that beam is right out to me.
