SDR recording catch.
Faded in (or signed on) at 1025z. Very weak, but traces of rock music every so often, so I think this was a pirate, not Sound of Hope from Taiwan.
I am now hearing this at 1613z live. Checking further in the SDR recording, it seems like this may be one continuous transmission?
