2314 UTC YL in Spanish with some kind of commentary with short music breaks
This seems to be a relay of Radio Romania Int'l Spanish service. Not sure if parallel, but they are scheduled at this time on 9760, 11700, and 13730. 9760 was booming in here with the very same YL speaker. Hmmm...

2319: YL broadcasting, not your normal pesky, definitely a professional broadcast
