0033- music then OM talking, mentioned the Vietnam War  S3-4
0036- OM talking but difficult copy
0040- off.

On with instrumental tune.
0033 - OM mentioned Vietnam War.  Fair copy with the static crashes
0040 - some kind of drama program?  Mention of US, Whitehouse, and CIA, difficult to follow.
0040 - suddenly off

Assuming this is Pee Wee, since he repeated the program in USB a few minutes later.
