The format does sound like S25. Wheere was the receiver used located?

I assume this is USB+carrier? I attempted to monitor this at 0230z on June 22, however all I got was a carrier and very weak audio that might, or might not, have been numbers. I did have to beam west to hear it, beaming towards Europe resulted in nothing at all.

Maybe S25 has changed the frequency. In January there were no messages on the frequency of 13883 kHz. Today, February 6, S25 worked at a frequency of 14647 kHz 02:00 - 02:04z. Message: 11144
