0158- OM talking and ID as "Pirate Radio KUNT", said something about using 1000 watts AM in the future S5-6 0211- back on with "Can I Play With Madness" Iron Maiden 0212- OM with KUNT ID and off. 0221- OM with KUNT ID and mentioned QSL cards via HF Underground

Back on @ 0158, said he will also have a 1kw AM carrier station in the future after it gets a tune-up. 0211 - "Can I Play With Madness" Iron Maiden. S7 with tinny audio.

S7 or better here in the Mojave Desert (with an S1 noise floor, so good readable signal), heard ID of "KUNT Radio" and "Captain Dave". Signal is strong, but audio is a little thin, lacking low end and top end. It looks like the audio bandpass is about 400 Hz to 3 .0 kHz. The 3.0 kHz top end is not uncommon for USB (some stations are using up to 4+ kHz though) but the 350-400 Hz low end is hurting the audio. Outside that audio is good and loud, clean, and not overdriven.

At 0220 Pirate Dan back on with QSL information. Short announcement of about two minutes. He said that he would be leaving the band for a while. Noted on SDR recording with test tones at 0143, brief hard rock at 0144 that might have been Judas Priest's "Green Manalishi." Off after a few seconds. S9+10 signal when it was on, stronger than Wolverine was, but noisy.
0147 back on with "Green Manalishi" Judas Priest 0151 OM "This is K U N T Radio." Then some silence. 0157 OM "This is K U N T Radio returning to the airwaves." Wondering who is out there for maildrop. Can't quite make out everything being said, but signal came back up. Will be full AM 1,000 W when up and running in the future. "This is K U N T pirate radio." Silence at 0158.

Quite strong from 0144 sign on, S9+ ID and off at 0151, said they were testing. Back back with another ID at 0153. 0157 Back on, said testing their new transmitter. Said will be providing a maildrop in the future. Said testing a small transmitter, the big one needs to be retuned, and will be AM. 1,000 watts of carrier. 0205 On again with an ID 0208 Back again with music 0212 ID and off.
