Title: 1999 Study on Radio Waves and Solar Eclipses (Aug. 21, 2017 in US)
Post by: Ct Yankee on June 25, 2017, 1219 UTC

I thought this both timely and interesting as the US will be experiencing a solar eclipse on August 21.  Page numbers 20-plus go into detail about signal reception of a Swedish transmission on 6065 am as received in Spain.  At my location, we will only have 70% totality maybe it will be like early dawn/dusk conditions here.  Might be some unique receptions that day.

A little more on Radio and the Eclipse with a listening of what AM stations might be picked up from afar during daytime.
