Sounds like those for the Emergency Broadcast Service interspersed with YL voice. Too weak to understand what's being said.

Noted here since 0218 UTC....seems to be repeated at intervals...sounds like the EAS message followed by air raid klaxon

S7 and steady here on the AL coast.  I'm hearing what sounds like a standards-type tune with a YL singer.  Can't ID it with SoundHound though.
