Been hearing this weakly for an hour or more.  Getting a nice peak with "Utopia" by Goldfrapp @ 0138.
0242 - sounded like a Liquid Radio ID in the noise

I detect a carrier in ssb mode under heavy static, R-2000 & dipole.
