0103- rock music then OM talking, hard to copy but heard "radio"  S4-5 and noisy
0104- off.

Trace carrier on 0101-0104 on the SDR recording.

Also heard here on the SDR recording from 0057z, SIO 111. No ID, but my suspicion would be Toynbee Radio.
