Same format at fair level into Victoria, BC.  Nothing else on the Pirate band audible at 03:01.  Not dark locally, for a while, though.

Heard from 0245z on the SDR recording. Weak at first, then significantly stronger starting at 0258z. Like someone flipped on the linear  ;D
