Title: Lost Ham SSTV 6910 USB 2314 UTC 31 Jul 2017

SDR recording catch. Tough copy, and just this one SSTV transmission, Scottie 1 mode. I cannot completely make out the call, but it looks like the format used by the 11m freelancers. I know use of 6xxx is common by freebanders in Europe (mostly in the 6500-6700 range I think?) so I wonder if that is what this is?

Aha yes, that's right. Hmm, maybe a lost ham from France? I guess this gets moved to Other.
