Hearing music with rock music at 00:40UTC 10 over 9! old man speaking giving the call sign but unable to understand. Sounded like Point D Radio! Gone at 00:44UTC.

SDR recording catch. 0036 sign on, about an SIO 322.
Rock music but too much static for me or Shazam.
Toynbee Radio ID at 0044 then off.
