SDR recording catch, very good signal, SIO 433 to 444.
0030 sign on with an unshazamable hard rock / punk song
0031 "Attention attention attention, are you ready to have some fun tonight? We'll try something different. Toynbee Radio, Toynbee Radio, Toynbee Radio"
0032 "Zombie Daze"
0035 "Do you see what is happening? I am trying to be just like my septuagenarian cohorts, I'm being just like them. Toynbee Radio, Toynbee Radio, Toynbee Radio"
0036 Another unshazamable hard rock / punk song
0038 "There now, wasn't that fun? Now I am done with you. Toynbee Radio, Toynbee Radio, Toynbee Radio" and off.

Went back to my SDR recording, noted carrier at 6936.3 0030-0038z. Some very, very weak audio at times, nothing usable.

My forgetter's getting better,
But my rememberer is broke
To you that may seem funny
But, to me, that is no joke
For when I'm "here" I'm wondering
If I really should be "there"
And, when I try to think it through,
I haven't got a prayer!
Oft times I walk into a room,
Say "what am I here for?"
I wrack my brain, but all in vain!
A zero, is my score.
At times I put something away
Where it is safe, but, Gee!
The person it is safest from
Is, generally, me!
When shopping I may see someone,
Say "Hi" and have a chat,
Then, when the person walks away
I ask myself, "who was that?"
Yes, my forgetter's getting better
While my rememberer is broke,
And it's driving me plumb crazy
And that isn't any joke. ???
It is quite wrong to think of old age as a downward slope. On the contrary, one climbs higher and higher with the advancing years, and that, too, with surprising strides. Brain-work comes as easily to the old as physical exertion to the child. One is moving, it is true, towards the end of life, but that end is now a goal, and not a reef in which the vessel may be dashed. George Sand
