since 2222, i've been hearing Italian or pseudo-Italian music, talk between sounds like a fake Italian accent, but a little too weak to copy.
I susupect Paisano, hear last year around this time.
signal is 23341 at 2230 (ssb QRM), but greadually improving

Tuned in late, around 2251z to "If I Knew You Were Coming I'd Have Baked a Cake"
Song about "Lazy Mary" at 2253.
2256 "This was Radio Paisano. Arrivederci, everybody" followed by what I'd guess to be the Italian national anthem.
2300 "Mama Mia, that's a spicy meatball-a" then off
S9+ signal with short rapid fades.
