Found SIBC while checking for Radio Ozy on 5045, which was not even present as a carrier, and has not been for a few days (anyone know if they are off the air?). Weak signal from SIBC, but still getting audio, perhaps an SIO 222. I remember what a catch this station was back in the 80s.

Chris. not seeing anything on the HDSDR spectrum display in WNY this AM >:(

i got a S9+10 @ 5025Khz AM on Warrenton, VA remote SDR but with very low modulation speaking foreign language.
are you sure you meant 5020Khz Chris and not 5025Khz ?
-
Yes, 5020. 5025 is Radio Rebelde, Cuba, which I also had, with a much stronger signal. SIBC has long since faded out by now.

SOLOMON ISLANDS. 5020, SIBC, 1106-1118 UTC, Sept 19. News in English, but not quite readable;
1111-1113 commercial announcement & promos; into pop music.
AUSTRALIA[non-log]. 5045, Ozy Radio, on Sept 17-18-19, clearly off the air during my normal monitoring
times. Testing period over or is Craig making adjustments to the transmitter?

Radio Ozy on 5.045MHz AM not on air this morning, it's transmitter around 150kms from here and up to 10dB over on the meter. ;)
Might have been busted by ACMA inspectors if it is an illegal concern?

FYI
Ozy Radio, owned and operated by Craig Allen, is in fact a licensed operation.
Please note - http://goo.gl/T9qyXW , which I believe was amended in part,
changing to 5045 kHz., as Beibu Bay Radio (China) broadcast with 15 KW
on 5050 kHz. Currently Ozy Radio is off the air, but recently testing with
500W of power.
