Strong signal. Playing a song but not in English perhaps German.
Well it sure wasn't german now was it. But now playing an interval signal with bagpipes.

S9 on the South Dennis, MA SDR
S4 on the Elida, Ohio SDR

Bag pipe interval signal from ~2301 - 2315Z, asssuming it was the same station.
