2102 Music, SIO 433 signal, frequent breaks in the audio?
As DimBulb pointed out, the carrier seems to be FMing.

2100z  S7 in New Hampshire

Carrier is unstable, moves with modulation - makes it tough to copy in SSB (sounds distorted) but sounds OK in AM.
