Not sure exactly when it came on - not earlier than 0155, I'm sure, but 0159 was when I noticed it on the waterfall and tuned over. Weak signal with fair peaks.

Fairly decent signal tonight on 7470khz can here a man speaking with a signal of S7-9 still hard to understand him. For the last few minutes signal has dropped considerable can barely hear him now  at 03:26UTc earlier signal was really good!
