1638 UTC - Eye Radio station ID, broadcast sports news in English.  Signal S9 in WNY.
1640 UTC - Eye Radio station ID , news summary in English.
1641 UTC - Broadcasting music now.
1653 UTC - Signal starting to fade, now S7.
1700 UTC - Signal in the noise, hearing audio but barely perceptible,

Very nice copy from 1601 sign on, SIO 333 to 444.
