Five Niner / 59 requesting radio check at 1422 UTC on 6980 kHz USB.  SIO 555 very strong signal.  Sounds like military or training net.

Hi !

Multinational HF Communications Exercise Noble Skywave organised by the Canadian Forces at Oct 24/25. This is one of the frequencies. Your station should be "Team 59" Canadian Forces Gagatown, NB.

Awesome.  I presume the activity heard on 6784 kHz USB and then 6800 kHz USB is related to this exercise?  Do you have any other information regarding which frequencies are/were in use and/or callsign information?

Thanks!

Yes, those are ExNS17 frequencies too.

Yes. The organiser is publishing it in the web.  ;)

Itīs more like a contest than a real military exercise.
