Dr. Detroit, 6955 AM, 2225, 10.28.17.  Went back to the recording from earlier since I listened off and on live.  Barely audible until the signal finally came up to fair about 2235 with mellow rock.  2249 "You are listening to the Dr. Detroit brand on Radio Illuminati" with repeat into mellow vocal.  Signal held up for about another 20 minutes, then dropped back down.
