I think this just signed on (or faded in), music and an SIO 333 signal.  Not sure if a new domestic pirate, or Radio Voyager again.

I've had a carrier at 6949.87 for about 10-15 minutes. Same thing as yours, Chris? I have no or very low audio well below the noise.
0205 No sooner do I post this than some audio is apparent. Piano and singing.
