Receiving signal and hearing a male voice today at 21:52 UTC heard some music earlier. Hearing I'm your puppet by James and Bobby Purify at 21:55UTC

S3 to S4 @ 2317.  Fair copy of music, but not really able to understand the announcer.
2320 - switched to the longwire, S6 and mostly good copy.  Mention of North Korea and UK.
