Title: UNID 1620 khz 0838 UTC 8 November 2017

Little bit of a mystery here.  I'm listening to an SDR based in Sea Girt, NJ right now....hearing an apparent relay of NOAA Weather Radio.  The call sign is periodically given as "WQAL847, owned and operated by the borough of (unintelligible)".  However, in web searching, I cannot find any station by that call sign.  Station is coming in very clearly....could this be a pirate?

Hi Matt !

Could it be WQAL487 (instead of 847) ?

Manasquan, NJ would be nearby Sea Grit, NJ
